How to Register

The deadline for submission of raffle entries is on June 30, 2023 (store closing hours)

Step 01

Customers will be given raffle tickets which they will have to fill out.
Step 02

Customers must submit their raffle entry by filling out the raffle coupon with the following details: Full name, Current Address, City, Region, Mobile Number, Email Address, and affix their signature.

*Incomplete customer contact details are invalid.
Step 03

After filling out the raffle tickets, customers must immediately submit their torn tickets in the raffle draw box at any participating OWNDAYS station.

How to Win

Participants with multiple raffle entries can only win once. If the participants' name was drawn more than once, we will draw another raffle entry to give way to other participants.

Caution
- All purchases from authorized OWNDAYS retail stores must be made by the store closing store hours of the Deadline Dates for raffle registration to qualify for the promo.
- Customers need to keep a copy of the raffle ticket stub and receipts until the end of the raffle draw for entry validation purposes.
Invalid Entries
- Registered participants who have not sent a valid entry during the contest period.
- Registered participants whose entries are found to be fraudulent based on reasonable parameters determined by the Sponsor in consultation with the DTI.
- Registered participants who fully refunded and exchange his/her products to non-progressive lenses products.
- Registered participants who lost the copy of their raffle ticket stub will be disqualified.
- All employees of Sungears Sales Inc., Luxe Optical Inc. (OWNDAYS), and its agencies or any other parties who are directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the draw including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this promotion.

Claiming and
Announcement
of Winners

Raffle draw winners will be notified by Sungears Sales Inc. (OWNDAYS) through the contestant’s email address, registered mailing address, and will also notify the winner via SMS.
Prizes can be claimed at OWNDAYS Head office and all OWNDAYS branches nationwide. Winners of the raffle draw must present (2) Valid Government IDs, a copy of their transaction receipt, a winning claim stub, and a confirmation email. The details on the Government IDs presented must match the details they provided on the raffle coupon - for validation purposes.
If there is any discrepancy between the winning entry and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed disqualified.
The redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, Sponsor reserves the right to draw another winner from the list of reserve winners with prior DTI approval. Reserve winners will be given sixty (60) days upon notification to claim the prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of the Sponsor with prior DTI approval.
Requirements of winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, proof of notification (email, sms,etc), photocopy of the representative, and winner’s valid identification (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID). The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification.

All travel insurance, travel visa, personal passport, and any other ancillary costs, except as specifically stated above in item no. 4, incurred by a winner are the responsibility of the individual prize winner and, where applicable, their nominated guest.

Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the sponsor.

A DTI Representative will be invited to check and witness the raffle draw on July 14, 2023, at SM Megamall OWNDAYS Branch.
A participant may have multiple entries but can only win once.
Each Raffle coupons will have its own number to assure that no same or double raffle coupon code will be drawn.
Customers will have to sign confirming the receipt of the coupon/s and Store heads must sign confirming the release of the coupon/s.
To ensure the privacy of the participant’s personal information, their given information and ticket number will be confidentially encoded in a digital system.
For any warranty availment, make sure to inform our Customer Service Representative first before proceeding.
Customers who participate can refund only up to seven (7) days after his/her purchase.
Customers can exchange their products up to thirty (30) days after his/her purchase. Should the customer choose to exchange his/her products, he/she must still avail of Progressive Lenses– whether it be an upgrade or downgrade– to qualify for the Raffle Draw.
In the case of a downgrade (e. g. from Diamond+ to Gold), the excess amount will be converted to a gift certificate.
If the customer wishes to exchange his/her progressive lenses for other products instead of the Progressive Lenses (i.e., sunglasses, single-vision lenses), the customer will be disqualified. The price equivalent of the product exchanged will be converted to a gift certificate.
Registered participants and their entries will be disqualified from the promo if they are found to be fraudulent based on reasonable parameters determined by the Sponsor in consultation with DTI.
Registered participants who lost the copy of their raffle ticket stub will be disqualified.
By participating in the promo, registered participants agree to the promo terms and conditions, and further consent that their names, images, photos, and information may be used, mentioned or shown in the Sponsor’s marketing, advertisements, and other related materials.
For tangible prizes, failure to submit all requirements for claiming prizes may result in disqualification. Sponsor, in consultation with the DTI, may, at its sole discretion, waive the submission or presentation of any of such requirements for valid reasons.
During the awarding of a prize, the winner will be asked to sign an acknowledgment receipt that states that he/she has received his or her prize in both complete and good condition.
In case there is a threat to the integrity and security in drawing the winners or if the operation of such has been compromised, the Sponsor, with the DTI’s concurrence, may immediately suspend the promotion.
The promo organizer’s decision about the Promo Mechanics, winners, and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.

This promo is open to all customers of OWNDAYS who are at least 18 years old by January 1, 2023 and are currently residing in the Philippines.

If the customer wishes to exchange his/her progressive lenses for other products instead of the Progressive Lenses (e.g. sunglasses, single-vision lenses), the customer will be disqualified. The price equivalent of the product exchanged will be converted to an OWNDAYS gift certificate.
Raffle entries must be submitted at the designated drop boxes in any participating OWNDAYS station. Customers need to keep a copy of the raffle ticket stub and receipts until the end of the raffle draw for entry validation purposes.
Deadline for submission of raffle entries is on June 30, 2023 (store closing hours).
Raffle Draw and contacting of winners will be held on July 14, 2023, at OWNDAYS SM Megamall, at 2:00 pm in the presence of a DTI representative.
- A complete list of winners will be announced on the OWNDAYS Facebook page after verification by sponsor on July 16, 2023.
Winners will be notified via registered mailing address, e-mail, and SMS from a designated OWNDAYS representative.
Winners must claim their prizes until sixty (60) days from receipt of notification via registered mailing address, e-mail or SMS from sponsor.
Chosen winners who are contacted and unable to respond or confirm their participation forfeit their chance. A backup/reserve winner will be drawn and given the opportunity.
Prizes can be claimed at the OWNDAYS Head Office or any OWNDAYS branch nationwide. Winners of the raffle draw must present (2) valid government IDs, a copy of his/her transaction receipt, winning claim stub, and confirmation email. The details on the valid government ID presented must match the details provided on the raffle coupon for validation purposes.
Winners’ passports should be valid for at least six (6) months before travel date and winners must have a valid Japan visa.
Travel insurance, travel visa, personal passport applications, and other ancillary costs (except as specifically stated above in item no. 5) incurred by the winner are the responsibility of the individual prize winner and, where applicable, their nominated guest.
Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the sponsor.
All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash, and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
The winner must provide a written agreement for transfers and must be signed by both the winner and organizer.
By participating in this raffle, all participants and winners grant OWNDAYS exclusive permission to use and disclose his/her name and photographs and videos in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes. He/she waives any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on the Official OWNDAYS Website, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok page.
