Shipping fees will be paid by us in the following cases (Collect shipment):
OWNDAYS will replace products with manufacturing defects within 1 year from delivery.
If an incorrect item has been sent to the customer.
Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer in the following cases (Prepaid shipment):
We provide complimentary exchange of OWNDAYS glasses within one month of purchase/delivery. We accept all valid exchanges with no questions asked.
- Limited to a one-time exchange per customer for the exchange of non-defective products.
- Original receipt and warranty card must be presented.
- Customer is required to top up the price difference if the exchange item is of a higher value than the original item.
- There is no refund if the exchange item is of a lower value than the original item.
Customers who wishes for an exchange must contact us by email beforehand.
Please state your address, name, contact number/email, and reason for exchange.
We do not provide exchanges in the following cases.
- Products that have been scratched, made dirty, damaged by the customer
- Products without cases, packaging, delivery slip, etc.
- Sale items
- Products remodeled by customers
- After 1 months of purchase/delivery
