OWNDAYS will refund /replace products with initial defects, etc. within 30 days from delivery.
Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer in the following case (Prepaid shipment)
OWNDAYS will refund/replace glasses without prescription within one week from delivery, only if they have not been opened and used, or have been used only for trying out indoors.
Customers who wishes for a refund or replacement must contact us by email beforehand.
Please state your address, name, contact number/email, and reason for replacement.
We do not provide returns/replacements in the following cases.
- Prescription glasses
- Glasses without prescription for which we did not receive an email requesting refund/replacement within one week from the delivery of the product.
- Products that have been scratched, made dirty, damaged by the customer
- Products without cases, packaging, delivery slip, etc.
- Sale items
- Products remodeled by customers
