When I first entered the store, there was a gentleman whose name I couldn't remember. There was an awkward atmosphere and I felt uncomfortable approaching him for assistance. He was not rude, however gentleman could put a more friendly front. Subsequently, I was served by a friendly and approachable lady named Flora. I was tremendously impressed with her service. She was very proactive, and was able to assist my needs. She is experienced and jovial, a valuable personality trait that is of a great asset to the shop. In addition, Kelvin was also friendly and forthcoming. Both Flora and Kelvin turned my shopping experience 180 degrees. Overall, a pleasant experience at Owndays. Will visit again.
