Miss Siew Mei was so patient and professional and guided me and my father to buy a pair of glasses and we are very grateful for her , although the outlet was crowded she managed very well and none of us had to wait , she skillfully managed and made sure everyone is comfortable. A very pleasant customer experience indeed.
