The staffs at Pasir Ris Mall are generally approachable and friendly. Personally highly recommend Vinnie! She’s patient, professional and experienced. She easily solved my glasses’ issues that others couldn’t. So glad that I’ve met her at the outlet!

The staffs are friendly, and helpful to answer our queries.. The staff who served us also explained and gave suggestions to me on the type of frames that are suitable for my face shape so that it makes it easier for me to decide on the frame.

the staff here are brilliant, attentive and respectful of their customers. i was serviced by Ryan, and although i came really close to their closing timing he was so patient with me, and never made me feel unwelcome for coming at such a late hour(i visited their store about 2 hours prior) He also made my specs promptly, and ensure i was satisfied with my purchase (did the fitting for me properly) before i left the store. Would recommend this outlet to anyone for eyewear.
