Privacy Notice for Event Participants

2. Purpose of Collection: To verify eligibility, administer the event, coordinate and deliver prizes, and comply with applicable laws.

3. Retention Period: The Company will retain your event participation data for 6 months after the event ends for verification purposes and to handle any inquiries or complaints.(Receipt photos may be retained for a longer period where required by applicable accounting, tax, or legal requirements.)
