1-Month free exchange with no questions asked
We provide complimentary exchange of OWNDAYS glasses within one month of purchase. We accept all valid exchanges with no questions asked.
Limited to a one-time exchange per customer for the exchange of non-defective products.
Original receipt and warranty card must be presented.
Customer is required to top up the price difference if the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item.
There is no refund if the replacement item is of a lower value than the original item.

1-Year warranty on lens visual performance
We provide a one-time complimentary change of lens degree if you experience discomfort in your vision within the first year of purchase.(Given that the eye test is conducted at Owndays)
Lens power specified by the customer or prescriptions from other optical stores will not be covered under this warranty.
Free exchange to regular lenses if you are unable to get used to progressive glasses
If you are unable to get used to progressive lenses, you may exchange them to regular lenses (distance or reading) at no charge within two months of purchase. There is no refund if the regular lens is of a lower value than the progressive lens.
Free exchange to regular lenses if PC lenses and coloured lenses are not suitable
If the PC lenses and coloured lenses you have picked are not suitable for you whether in terms of style or visual performance, you may exchange them to regular lenses at no charge within two months of purchase.
Change of lens colour or tint density is excluded from this warranty. There is no refund if the regular lens is of a lower value than the PC lens or Coloured lens.

1-Year warranty on frames
We provide complimentary repair or exchange of your frames should there be any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase.
We will offer you a replacement item of the same value if we are unable to repair your current frame and it is no longer in stock.
The following are not covered under frame warranty:
Damage due to deliberate misuse, negligence or lack of care
Warranty card must be presented.
Free lifetime fitting, cleaning and maintenance services for your OWNDAYS glasses
We provide complimentary fitting, cleaning and maintenance services for your OWNDAYS glasses in all OWNDAYS shops around the world. Simply bring your OWNDAYS glasses to any OWNDAYS shop near you, wherever you may be.
50% discount for your replacement pair
If your glasses are damaged within one year of purchase for reasons not covered by our warranty, we will offer you 50% off on the frame when you purchase a replacement pair.
The damaged frame must be returned to OWNDAYS.
You may utilise the 50% discount on other items of the same value if your current frame is no longer in stock.
