  • Q1: Can you replace the lenses of the glasses from another shop?

    A1: Yes, we can replace them. However, we are unable to do replacement for some glasses due to the shape and parts as well as the condition of the frame. Please allow our staff to assess the frame first.

  • Q2: Can you make lenses with the same prescription as the ones I’m currently using?

    A2: Yes, we can. Please bring along your existing pair of glasses or your prescription record when you visit us.

  • Q3: What kind of lenses do you use?

    A3: All OWNDAYS lenses are produced by major Japanese manufacturers and have UV protection and anti-reflective coating.

  • Q4: Can you replace the lenses of rimless frames?

    A4: Yes, we can.
    However, it may take up to a few days to complete since additional processing is involved for rimless frames.

  • Q5: How long does it take to complete my glasses?

    A5: Your glasses can be ready in as little as 20 minutes when we have the lenses in stock at the shop. For some lenses such as colour lenses and progressive lenses, it takes about 2 weeks since they're custom-made.

  • Q6: Can you replace the lenses of sunglasses?

    A6: Yes, we can. However, lens replacement cannot be done for some sunglasses due to the shape and design of the frame.
