You may return any OWNDAYS product for a full refund within one month of purchase. We accept all valid returns, with products in good condition.

1 Year exchange on frame
We provide complimentary repair or exchange of your frames should they become faulty under normal use within one year of purchase.
We will offer you a replacement item of the same value if we are unable to repair your current frame and it is no longer in stock.
- The following are not covered under frame exchange:
- ・Damaged due to deliberate misuse, negligence or lack of care
- ・In the event item is lost
- ・Sale items
- * Some products, including ready to wear sunglasses and accessories, are excluded from this exchange.
- * To receive exchange services, please present the warranty card.
- * Outlet stores provide lens exchange service only.
1 Year exchange on lens visual performance
We provide up to 2 changes for regular lens degree if you experience discomfort in your vision within the first year of purchase. After, you may opt to change the lens degree by paying half of the lens price. Replacement of scratched lenses are not covered by this warranty.
* A revised prescription is required for lens degree used based on your requested prescription. To receive exchange services, please present the warranty card.
Free exchange of regular lenses if you are unable
to get used to progressive glasses
If you are unable to get used to progressive glasses, you may exchange them to regular lenses at no charge within two month of purchase.
Free exchange to regular lenses if colour lenses
are not suitable
If the colour lenses you have picked are not suitable for you whether in terms of style or visual performance, you may exchange them to regular lenses at no charge within two months of purchase.
* Change of lens colour or tint density is excluded from this warranty.
Free lifetime fitting, cleaning and maintenance
services for your OWNDAYS glasses
We provide complimentary fitting, cleaning and maintenance services for your OWNDAYS glasses in all OWNDAYS shops around the world. Simply bring your OWNDAYS glasses to any OWNDAYS shop near you, wherever you may be.
Free lifetime eye check and consultation services
Free replacement if your glasses are stolen or lost to
We will replace or repair your glasses at no charge if your glasses are stolen or lost to natural disasters within one year of purchase. A police report or insurance report must be presented, subject for management’s review and approval, for you to be covered by this warranty.
- * We will offer you a replacement item of the same value if your current frame is no longer in stock.
- * No refund under this warranty.
50% discount for your replacement pair
If your glasses are damaged within one year of purchase for reasons not covered by our warranty, we will offer you 50% discount when you purchase a replacement pair.
- * The damaged frame must be returned to OWNDAYS.
- * You may utilise the 50% discount on other items of the same value if your current frame is no longer in stock. Warranty card must be presented to avail of this.
