Customers are entitled to one complimentary lens replacement for any frame or brand, except rimless frames. The free replacement is limited to Single Vision HMC lenses, Index 1.56. Any other lens type, material, or higher index will require the customer to pay the difference.

Customers can visit any OWNDAYS offline store to select their replacement lenses.
This service is only applicable for offline store purchases.

• The lens replacement service cannot be changed to a discount.

• This service cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or voucher.

A workmanship fee of RM50 applies per frame. For each additional frame, an extra RM50 will be charged.

The lens replacement service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
