We will not accept any return or exchange if the product falls under any of the following items:
- Glasses without degrees other than those in the package;
- Products that have been scratched, stained, or damaged due to your responsibility;
- Products without a box, package, or delivery note;
- Products for sale;
- Products processed by you; or
- Products that have been purchased for more than one month.
Precautions When Returning Products
When returning a product for refund or exchange, please note the following points:
- Please be sure to enclose a delivery note;
- Please use "Yu-pack" or "Home delivery service";
- Please keep a copy of the invoice in a safe place;
- Please return the package as it is; or
- Please do not enclose any cash.
