STEP1Bring your glasses to the nearest OWNDAYS shop
Bring your glasses to any OWNDAYS shop. The staff would first assess the condition your glasses and recommend you the most suitable solution which may include replacing the frame, cleaning the lenses or adjusting the fitting.

STEP2Select Types of Lenses
OWNDAYS offers complimentary eye test. Besides the standard lenses, you can choose to upgrade to PC lenses, color lenses or other option lenses.
- Processing time of 7 working days is required for option lenses and lenses of certain prescriptions.

STEP3Collection
You can collect your glasses in as little as 20 minutes after payment is made. You will also enjoy 1-year warranty on lens visual performance under the OWNDAYS Customer Guarantees programme.

STEP1Order Lens Replacement from the dedicated page
On the " Online Lens Replacement " page of the OWNDAYS Online Store, click the "Select Lens and Go to Cart" button, select "with/without power", how to specify power if you have power, and the type of lens to be newly inserted into your frame, then place the order in the cart.
You can choose from a number of lens options, including PC lenses and colored lenses, depending on the purpose of your eyeglasses.- Processing time of 7 working days is required for option lenses and lenses of certain prescriptions.
- Progressive Lenses are not available for purchase on the online store, as lenses are made to fit each customer. Please visit your nearest OWNDAYS store if you wish to purchase these lenses.

You will receive a shipping kit at your home to send your glasses. Please use the kit to package your glasses and drop them in the mailbox.

Can I request lens replacement for any frame?
openDue to the non-zero risk of scratches or damage, some lens replacements cannot be accepted as follows.- Frames made of tortoiseshell, animal horn, jewelry, wood, gold, silver, platinum, and other rare and valuable materials
- Vintage or one-of-a-kind frames that are difficult to find again
- Frames for which the staff determines that lens replacement is not possible due to condition, shape, material, or other conditions

Can you replace the lenses of the glasses from another shop?
openYes, we can replace them. However, we are unable to do replacement for some glasses due to the shape and parts as well as the condition of the frame. please let our staff see the frame first. -
Can you replace the lenses of rimless frames?
openYes, we do. We also accept frames without rims purchased at other stores for the regular price plus a processing fee of ¥4,000 tax incl.- The online lens replacement service does not offer lens replacement for two-point (rimless) spectacles.

Can you make lenses with the same prescription as the ones I’m currently using?
openYes, we can. Please bring your glasses or any record stating your strength to any of our shops. -
What kind of lenses do you use?
openAll OWNDAYS lenses are produced by major Japanese manufacturers and have UV protection and anti-reflective coating. -
How long does it take to complete my glasses?
openIf lenses are in stock at the store, they can be delivered in as little as 20 minutes. Custom-made lenses such as colored lenses and bifocals can take up to one week to be delivered.- Please note that frames with special structures or two-point (rimless) frames may take longer to process.

What happens if my glasses are damaged during lens replacement?
openIn the unlikely event of damage to or breakage of your lens during the lens replacement process, the lens will be repaired and guaranteed. The maximum amount of the repair warranty is ¥50,000 tax included.
