[Important] Notice Regarding Store Closures and Delivery Delays Due to the Earthquake Epicentered in the Kumamoto Region, Kumamoto Prefecture (Updated August 7th, 09:00)

We also extend our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the earthquake that occurred in the Kumamoto region of Kumamoto Prefecture on the evening of Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
Due to the impact of this earthquake, some of our stores are temporarily closed, and the delivery of products is affected as detailed below.
Regarding Temporary Store Closures and Scheduled Reopening Dates
Currently, the following stores are temporarily closed.
- OWNDAYS youme Town Hamasen Store (Reopening date TBD)
- OWNDAYS AEON MALL Kumamoto Store (Reopening date TBD)
* Stores will resume operations sequentially once the safety of the store equipment and the facilities they are located in has been confirmed and deemed secure. We will update the information as soon as the reopening dates are determined.
Regarding the Handover of Items Ordered in Stores
For currently operating stores other than those listed above, delays in lens deliveries from manufacturers are also expected. Therefore, there is a possibility that we may not be able to prepare previously accepted orders by the originally scheduled pickup dates.
* We will sequentially contact customers whose scheduled pickup dates have changed.
Regarding the Delivery of Online Store Orders
Due to delivery conditions and other factors, package deliveries have been suspended or significantly delayed in some areas.

Areas with Expected Delivery Delays
Kyushu Region: All areas
