Due to the earthquake that occurred in the Kumamoto region, Kumamoto Prefecture, on the evening of Tuesday, July 28, 2026, some of our stores are currently temporarily closed.
Additionally, regarding the delivery of packages ordered from our online store, deliveries to certain areas have been suspended, and significant delays are expected for deliveries to other surrounding areas.

For the temporarily closed stores listed above, excluding the AEON MALL Kumamoto store, we plan to resume operations from Thursday, July 30, 2026, provided that the safety of the stores and the facilities they are located in has been confirmed and deemed secure.

All areas of Kumamoto Prefecture, as well as Nishiusuki District (Gokase Town, Takachiho Town, Hinokage Town) and Shiiba Village in Higashiusuki District, Miyazaki Prefecture.

Significant package delivery delays are expected across the entire Kyushu region.
