From 1 April 2025, the OWNDAYS After-Sales Service will be renewed. While we have been providing “Customer Guarantees” as the after-sales service for eyewear purchased at OWNDAYS, we aspire to support our customers in their general eyewear life. Hence, we will be renaming the service to “OWNDAYS After-Sales Care” in line with the new theme of “With OWNDAYS glasses, enjoy peace of mind even after purchase”.
Customers who purchased after 1 April 2025 will be covered by the "After-Sales Care" that was in place after the renewal.

  • Warranty starts from the collection date for in-store purchases and the shipping date for delivery orders

  • Products replaced under warranty will continue to be covered by the original warranty

Returns

WARRANTY 01

1-Month full refund with no questions asked

You may return any OWNDAYS product for a full refund within one month of purchase. We accept all valid returns with no questions asked.

  • Limited to a one-time return/refund only.

  • Refund will only be accepted at the shop of purchase.

  • To help us understand your needs better, please complete a Satisfaction Survey while we process your refund.

  • All items received at the point of purchase, including the original merchandise and peripheral items, original receipt and credit card charge slip, must be returned.

  • Exclusions to warranty: items lost or damaged due to deliberate misuse, negligence or lack of care; third-party brands; selected collaboration merchandise; sale items and items from outlet stores; ready-to-wear products; accessories and other miscellaneous merchandise.

Visual Performance

WARRANTY 02

1-Year warranty on lens visual performance

We provide up to 2 changes of lens degree if you experience discomfort in your vision within the first year of purchase.

  • A revised prescription is required for lens degree used based on your requested prescription.

  • Glasses purchased with plano lenses, i.e. lenses that do not provide visual correction, are not eligible for exchange to prescription lenses.

WARRANTY 03

Free exchange to regular lenses if you are unable to get used to progressive glasses

If you are unable to get used to progressive glasses, you may exchange them to regular lenses at no charge within two months of purchase.

WARRANTY 04

2months

Free exchange to regular lenses if color lenses are not suitable

If the color lenses you have picked are not suitable for you whether in terms of style or visual performance, you may exchange them to regular lenses at no charge within two months of purchase.

  • Change of lens color or tint density is excluded from this warranty.

We provide complimentary repair or exchange should your frames become faulty under normal wear and tear within the first year of purchase.

  • We will offer you a replacement item of the same value if your current frame is no longer in stock.

Free lifetime fitting, cleaning and maintenance services for your OWNDAYS glasses

We provide complimentary fitting, cleaning and maintenance services for your OWNDAYS glasses in all OWNDAYS shops around the world. Simply bring your OWNDAYS glasses to any OWNDAYS shop near you, wherever you may be.

Damage Protection

WARRANTY 08

Free replacement of stolen glasses or glasses damaged by fire, natural disaster or traffic accident

We will replace your glasses at no charge if your glasses are stolen or damaged by fire, natural disaster or traffic accident within one year of purchase. A copy of report issued from the police or other official authorities must be presented for you to be covered by this warranty.

  • We will offer you a replacement item of the same value if your current frame is no longer in stock.

  • No refund under this warranty.

  • Exclusions to warranty: items lost or damaged due to deliberate misuse, negligence or lack of care; third-party brands; selected collaboration merchandise; sale items and items from outlet stores; ready-to-wear products; accessories and other miscellaneous merchandise.

50% discount for your replacement pair

If your glasses are damaged within one year of purchase for reasons not covered by our warranty, we will offer you 50% discount when you purchase a replacement pair.

  • 50% discount valid for one-time use only.

  • The damaged frame must be returned to OWNDAYS.

  • You may utilise the 50% discount on other items of the same value if your current frame is no longer in stock.

  • Exclusions to warranty: items lost or damaged due to deliberate misuse; third-party brands; selected collaboration merchandise; sale items and items from outlet stores; ready-to-wear products; accessories and other miscellaneous merchandise.
